Orenda
ORENDA is the design or solution part my my 5th year master thesis at school.
Building on the research and insights of Last Call, ORENDA is the creative response - an integrated design solution aimed at fostering awareness, engagement, and action. This phase includes, branding, illustration, webdesign, communication strategies, and event planning, all tailored to support conservation efforts.

Logo & Visual Identity
Crafting the identity of this wildlife conservation meant first finding a name that both inspired and recalled to nature, without falling into the classic choices of many pre-existing organisations.
After much debat the name ORENDA was choosen. This word comes from is a Haudenosaunee name for a certain spiritual energy inherent in people and their environment and a transmissible spiritual energy capable of being exerted according to the will of its possessor.
Typogrpahy played a central role to this branding creation. We needed a typeface that to represent a strong and powerful force, capable of change while also linking back into the environment and wildife. Using a bold and capitalised font with a fun logomark to create the main logo of ORENDA and easily recognisable across many supports.
